When you schedule your first appointment with Dr Fred you can expect to receive a “full diagnostics”.  A full diagnostics will include an evaluation by a Board Certified Princpled Chiropractor that will be so detailed even your fingers and toes are checked.  The root cause of your pain will be found during the full diagnostics and a care plan will be discussed on how to correct the root problem.  A lot of times, we find your ankle problems are caused by your hip that applies pressure to your knees and ankles.  Pulled muscles could very well be caused by being out of line somewhere else in the body.  We will find out for sure and focus on correcting your problem.  Each patient is different in injury prevention or post injury recovery so no two care plans are the same.  We will customize the care plan to fit your needs and aim to accomplish the goal within 3 to 6 visits.

The full diagnostics is simply a “what’s wrong with you” detailed report.  We will educate you on what’s wrong and how to correct it through our care plan and will discuss habits that may need to be changed so that you don’t have to continue treatment after the 3 to 6 visits.  Know that the 3 to 6 visits is a goal of Dr. Fred and we achieve that goal 85% of the time, however if your injury is more severe, you may need additional rehabilitation time.

To save yourself some time once you arrive, you may download and print the New Patient Forms and bring them with you.  If you are unable to do so, we have forms at our office but ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time to allow enough time to complete the forms.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age.
• Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.).
• Also please let us know if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

• We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash.  We also accept your HSA/FSA debit cards.

• We accept most insurance and will handle the administration of filing the claims for you however we are considered “out of network” with most insurance companies.  Please feel free to discuss your insurance coverage with our office staff or doctors when making plans to schedule.  With our philosophy of getting you better in 4 – 6 visits, our care is usually more affordable than other offices that have longer care durations.
